1. Fleet Overview

The Fleet Module in IMPARGO makes it easy to manage your vehicle fleet and connect with drivers. No matter how big your fleet is, it gives you a clear, real-time picture of where each vehicle is and what it's doing. This module is connected to our mobile app for truck drivers (DriverApp).

The IMPARGO DriverApp is designed to be fast, user-friendly, and straightforward, providing a professional solution for dispatchers and truck drivers alike. It empowers businesses to efficiently manage their fleet operations and enhance communication throughout the transportation process.

What a Fleet Management System can do for your business:

  • See Where Your Vehicles Are. The module shows you cards with information about drivers and vehicles on one side, and a map with where the vehicles are on the other side. You can also filter the vehicles based on their job and what they're currently doing.
  • Know What Drivers are Up To. Drivers are color-coded. Red means they don't have a job yet, blue means they have a job but haven't started, and green means they're working on an order.
  • Manage Orders Easily. New jobs show up in a driver's to-do list and get done one after the other. Users in charge can add or remove jobs as needed.
  • See Order Details Anytime. You can check out all the details of an order and see its status whenever you want in the Fleet Module.
  • Make Sure Drivers Start Orders. Drivers confirm that they started their job, and it will automatically update for the user.
  • Talk to Drivers Directly. Dispatchers can chat directly with drivers to make sure everything goes smoothly.
  • Keep Track of What Happened. There's a history that keeps all the important info, like departure times, comments, and photos of important documents, so you know what happened and when it happened.
  • Change Plans If Needed. The Fleet Module can help change drivers' routes if there are new orders or details that need to be adapted. Users in charge can also edit orders to fix and update routes.
  • Stay Informed with Alerts. Dispatchers can set up alerts in the "Automation & Alerts" settings to receive notifications for various situations, such as delays, route deviations, idle time, or connection loss. Orders and drivers with alerts are highlighted in the system, enabling quick response and proactive fleet management.
