In order to retrieve the ETA the driver needs to start the order via his DriverApp.
Step 2: Monitor ETA.
As soon as the driver starts the order there is an automated calculation of the estimated arrival time. The ETA is prominently displayed in the orders details view and on the device card for dispatchers, offering quick access to crucial information.


Step 3: Share ETA with customer.
