IMPARGO’s Transport Management Platform can be used in different ways depending on operational needs. Some companies focus on route planning and cost calculation, while others manage dispatching and order execution end to end. Many start with a limited scope and expand over time as processes mature, transport volumes grow, and organizational requirements change. This modular design allows IMPARGO to adapt to different workflows instead of enforcing a fixed process, making it a scalable solution across features, usage, and pricing for dispatchers, company owners, and sales teams in small and medium-sized companies as well as larger transport organizations.
Road freight operations are shaped by time pressure, regulatory constraints, and cost sensitivity. Dispatchers must coordinate planning, execution, and collaboration across multiple stakeholders every day. IMPARGO is designed around real dispatcher workflows, which makes the platform easy to use and allows most customers to set up and start working with it within days rather than weeks. By automating complex processes such as routing, cost calculation, and transport execution while remaining flexible enough to fit existing workflows, and by integrating AI as practical decision support, transport companies can increase productivity without increasing operational overhead, supported by first-class customer support.
We create the autonomous dispatcher for road freight. IMPARGO’s vision is to progressively increase the level of automation in transport management – from digital support tools to AI-driven systems that plan, optimize, and manage transports with a high degree of autonomy. Our goal is to sustainably improve productivity and efficiency in European road freight transport while keeping dispatchers in control as automation increases.
