What are the CargoApps?

The CargoApps are a product for carriers. We launched it to digitize and improve transportation and logistics processes for transport companies of each size. The CargoApps are an all-in-one software for truck dispatching and order management. The functionalities of CargoApps are: - Truck route planner - Quoting tool - Toll calculator - Vehicle cost calculator - Transport management system - Driver App (with GPS Tracking)

The CargoApps consists of 3 modules. Which are:

  • Planner Module
  • Order Module
  • Fleet Module

Each of the modules has different functionalities.

The Planner Module offers the possibility to plan truck routes as well as the calculation of offer prices within seconds. With the Planner module, you can also calculate the toll and vehicle cost by selecting your desired destination and the time of arrival of your goods.

The Order Module lets you control and organize your orders that you’ve calculated in the planner module. It also enables the management of transport orders and gives you the opportunity of communication with subcontractors.

The Fleet Module allows drivers to connect with drivers via smartphones and thereby receive orders, communicate with the dispatcher via chat, and upload the POD (Proof of Delivery) directly.

What is the ShipperPortal?

The ShipperPortal is a supply chain tool made for shippers. It connects you via the CargoApps (solution for carriers) platform to your existing customers and our open carrier network (IMPARGO Carrier Pool).

The ShipperPortal enables transport companies to support digital data submission requests from their shippers quickly.

With the ShipperPortal, you can digitally assign transports to or request offers from your carrier network smoothly.

How secure is my data at IMPARGO?

IMPARGO takes the necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from access by third parties, loss or misuse. Your data is stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public. In certain cases, your personal data is encrypted during transmission using Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL). This means that communication between your computer and the IMPARGO servers uses an approved encryption method if your browser supports SSL


How can I register for free?

  1. Click on the "Register" button at the top of the IMPARGO homepage.
  2. Once you have entered your e-mail address and password, you can test the system.
  3. Click on the confirmation link that we sent you by email and provide the necessary information to complete your account creation.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

  1. Click on the "Login" button at the top of the IMPARGO homepage.
  2. In the next step, click on "Forgot your password?" below the login button and enter the e-mail address with which you registered with IMPARGO.
  3. Click on the "Reset password" button.
