The Registered Exporter system -abbreviated as REX - is a certificate of origin for commodities that pertains to the European Union's Generalised System of Preferences (GSP). REX is a certificate that confirms the origin of goods, i.e. where the goods are manufactured prior to export.
REX has been in force since January 1, 2017, gradually replacing Form-A and certificates of origin.
