What is the Federal Association of Logistics (BVL) e.V.?

The Federal Association of Logistics (German: Bundesvereinigung Logistik, BVL) is a non-profit organisation based in Bremen, Germany, with more than 11,000 members from management positions in business, industry, science and services.

The BVL sees itself as a neutral platform for logistics and supply chain management, promoting the exchange of knowledge and the development of the field across the economy.

It should not be confused with the BGL (Bundesverband Güterkraftverkehr Logistik und Entsorgung), the German road-haulage federation, which is a separate organisation.
