DAP stands for Delivered at Place, an Incoterms rule. The seller is responsible for packing the goods and arranging transport to a place agreed with the buyer, and bears all risk until the goods arrive there ready for unloading. Local taxes and import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
DAP should not be confused with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): under DAP the buyer clears the goods for import and pays the duties, whereas under DDP the seller covers those as well.
