Are the CargoApps really free of charge?

Yes, many functions in the CargoApps are free, such as

  • the basic truck route planner,
  • the basic toll calculator,
  • the basic vehicle cost/quote calculator
  • and the basic order management

can be used completely free of charge.

Only the expressly marked premium features are subject to charges. You can see an overview of these premium features on our prices page. But don't worry - you can't book anything without being informed directly by us.


How is the CargoApps platform financed?

The CargoApps platform is monetized via premium services. In addition, IMPARGO GmbH finances itself through IT consulting.


How can I contact IMPARGO Support?

IMPARGO Support is available Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 17:00 (except on public holidays).

How secure is my data at IMPARGO?

IMPARGO takes the necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from access by third parties, loss or misuse. Your data is stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public. In certain cases, your personal data is encrypted during transmission using Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL). This means that communication between your computer and the IMPARGO servers uses an approved encryption method if your browser supports SSL.


How can I register for free?

  1. Click on the "Register" button at the top of the IMPARGO homepage.
  2. Once you have entered your e-mail address and password, you can test the system.
  3. Click on the confirmation link that we sent you by email and provide the necessary information to complete your account creation.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

  1. Click on the "Login" button at the top of the IMPARGO homepage.
  2. In the next step, click on "Forgot your password?" below the login button and enter the e-mail address with which you registered with IMPARGO.
  3. Click on the "Reset password" button.
