1. Manage Personal User Profile
Personal profiles reflect individual user information which can be crucial for internal and client-facing documents and communication.
Step 1: Access general settings. Find the General Settings section in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar to adapt and optimize them for your needs.
Step 2: Access “My profile” section. Find the “My profile” section at the setting's sidebar.
Step 3: Adapt personal information.
Click on the blue pen icon to modify your user profile picture, user name, application language, telephone number, Skype ID, job title, and job description.
Your company profile houses essential business information that appears in PDFs, other formal documents or shared links.
Step 1: Access general settings. Find the General Settings section in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar to adapt and optimize them for your needs.
Step 2: Access “Company profile” section. Find the “Company profile” section at the setting's sidebar.
Step 3: Adapt company information. Update Company Details: Use the blue pen icon to adjust your company logo, name, legal type, contact details, address, VAT-ID, and registration number.
Step 4: Adjust additional information. Business Specifics: Edit fields related to the type of company, goods transported, number of vehicles, modes of transport, types of orders, and specifically the Terms and Conditions (T&C).
