Dispatch Module Overview

The Dispatch Module is a timeline-based planning workspace inside the IMPARGO Transport Management Platform. It gives you a single, visual interface where you can see your entire fleet and all orders at once — and act on them directly.

Instead of working across multiple screens or switching between modules, you plan and manage everything in one place.

The Dispatch Module is built on a simple and consistent planning logic. Understanding this structure helps you navigate and use the module effectively from day one.

Vehicles As Rows

Each row in the timeline represents one vehicle in your fleet. Vehicles are listed on the left side of the view. Scroll vertically to see more vehicles.

Time On The Horizontal Axis

The timeline runs horizontally and shows when activities are planned. Scroll left or right to navigate across the day or week.

Assigned Orders On The Timeline

Once an order is assigned to a vehicle, it appears as a card on that vehicle's row at its planned time. You can click, move, or interact with the card directly from the timeline.

Unassigned Orders Section

Orders not yet assigned to a vehicle or partner appear in the Unassigned Orders section below the timeline. This is your planning queue — the starting point for assigning work to your fleet each day.

The Dispatch timeline can be adjusted to show different time ranges depending on your planning needs. Switch between views using the controls at the top of the timeline.
