1. Assigning Orders From The Unassigned Orders Section

The Unassigned Orders section contains all orders that are not yet assigned to a vehicle or partner. It is displayed below the timeline and is your starting point for daily planning.

To Assign An Order To A Vehicle

Step 1: Drag the order card.
Click and drag the order card from the Unassigned Orders section.

Step 2: Drop onto the vehicle row.
Drop it onto the target vehicle row in the timeline.

What happens after the drop depends on whether Time Management is enabled for that order.

2. When Time Management Is Disabled

If an order does not have Time Management enabled, you can assign it to a vehicle — but you cannot freely position it in time. The system automatically places the order in the schedule.

A red indicator appears on the order card when Time Management is off. You have two options to resolve this:

Option 1 — Adjust The Order Data

Open the order using Edit Order
Modify the start time of the first stop
The order's position on the timeline updates automatically

Option 2 — Enable Time Management

Enable Time Management directly from the order card in the Dispatch Module
Once enabled, you can position the order freely on the timeline

Key point: The red indicator on an order card means Time Management is off for that order. You can enable it directly from the card without leaving the Dispatch Module.

3. When Time Management Is Enabled

When Time Management is enabled for an order, you have full control over both vehicle assignment and time positioning.

Assign the order to a vehicle by dropping it onto the correct row (vertical positioning)
Choose the exact time position by placing the order at the right point on the timeline (horizontal positioning)
Drag the order left or right on the timeline to adjust its start time directly

Example: An order needs to depart at 10:00 instead of 08:00. With Time Management enabled, drag the order card to the right on the timeline until it sits at 10:00. The schedule updates immediately and no additional edits are required.

4. Reassigning Orders Between Vehicles

You can move an already-assigned order to a different vehicle at any time by dragging it from one vehicle row to another.

Without Time Management

The order can be moved to a different vehicle (vertical drag between rows)
The time position on the timeline cannot be adjusted directly — use Edit Order to change the scheduled time manually

With Time Management

The order can be moved to a different vehicle (vertical drag)
The order can also be repositioned in time (horizontal drag)
Both vehicle assignment and execution timing are fully adjustable in one action
