Manage Subscription, Billing, and Invoices

1. Manage Plans and Features

You can easily view and manage your current subscription plan, including the features it offers and any restrictions.

Here’s what you can do:

  • View Current Active Plan: Check which subscription plan is currently active on your account.
  • See Pricing: Quickly view the cost of your plan, including any additional features or services.
  • Explore All Features and Restrictions: Review the features available in your current plan and compare them with other available plans to understand any restrictions.

2. Manage Subscriptions

The subscription section allows you to make changes to your plan as your business needs evolve. You can:

  • Change Plans: Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription, depending on your requirements.
  • View Billing Period and Next Invoice: Stay informed about your billing cycle and when your next invoice is due.
  • Check Active Users and DriverApps: Monitor the number of users and active DriverApps included in your plan.
  • Purchase Add-ons: Add additional features such as Market Price calculations to your subscription as needed.

3. Manage Payment methods

Managing your payment methods is essential for smooth billing. Here’s what you can do:

  • View Existing Payment Methods: See the payment methods currently linked to your account.
  • Add or Remove Payment Methods: Easily add new payment methods or remove old ones as your business needs change.
  • Choose Default Payment Method: Set your preferred payment method for future invoices.
  • Available Payment Methods: Choose from SEPA or Credit Card.

Upon request for yearly plans also payment via invoice and bank transfer is possible. For this please contact our support team info@impargo.de


4. Manage Invoices

Handling invoices has never been easier with the following options:

  • View and Download Invoices: Access all your invoices in one place and download them as PDFs for record-keeping.
  • Check Invoice Status: See whether your invoices have been paid or are still outstanding.
  • Alternative Payment for Failed Transactions: If a payment fails, use the provided payment link to complete the transaction with an alternative payment method. Just remember to update your default payment method afterward if necessary.
